Straight answers
What counts as a lead?
A person who submitted an enquiry for your service in your area, with a name and a valid Australian phone number. Views and clicks are free. If there is no name and phone number, you are not charged.
What if a lead is junk?
Email us and we credit it back to your balance. Wrong number, spam, someone outside your service area you did not opt into: credited. We would rather credit a bad lead than lose an advertiser.
Where do the leads come from?
From our own network of local-service sites: skip bins, bin hire, grease traps, bin cleaning, plumbers, electricians, locksmiths, cleaners, removalists, aircon, roofing, fencing, pest control, tree removal, towing, rubbish removal, hot water, heavy vehicles and car parts. People come to these sites to request quotes. We do not buy or resell third-party lead lists.
What areas do you cover?
Australia-wide. You choose the suburbs and postcodes you serve, or leave it open to take enquiries from anywhere.
Am I locked into anything?
No. Prepaid balance, no contract, no minimum term. Pause your campaign whenever you like and the remaining balance stays on your account.
How is this different from Google Ads?
Google charges you per click, whether or not that person ever contacts you. We only charge when someone actually asks for a quote and leaves their name and number. Google's reach is far bigger; our traffic is narrower but it is all people actively requesting local services.
